If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item by contacting us within 7 working days of purchase. The item should be packaged carefully and returned in its original condition and sent within 7 working days to our postal address below:

PERLES PAR ROUSSEAU does not do refunds for returned goods, we can however credit the User with store credit(Gift Voucher). The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE, EXCLUDING:
– Special orders
– Custom-made jewellery
– Any products bought on sale
PLEASE NOTE:
– Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
– We don’t accept any returns after the 1 week grace period.
– You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
– We recommend using registered mail, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Or you can contact us to arrange collection with our courier at R100 one way.
Unfortunately PERLES PAR ROUSSEAU will not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
